  • Coverage includes all premium parts purchased and installed by Village European technicians.
  • Our warranty is honored exclusively at our shop in Concord, MA, ensuring direct accountability.
  • Both parts and labor are covered for eligible defects in workmanship or components.
What is NOT covered under the limited warranty program
  • Normal maintenance and wear items such as brake pads, filters, wipers, and tires.
  • Damage resulting from vehicle accidents, racing, or competitive driving.
  • Failures caused by neglect, abuse, or failure to perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Any repairs or diagnostics performed by unauthorized third-party facilities.
  • Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use or towing.
